  1. Contains more exercises than most. A great variety to keep your workout fresh. My only criticism is that they do not show modified positions for people that do not have the strength or flexibility.

  2. I really like this video! The instruction is clear and simple, there is a great variety of exercises, and the workout is about an hour in length. Moira is a wonderful presenter with amazing Pilates skills. Good for beginning/intermediate practitioners who are not new to exercise.
